Zookeeper port 3181

Hi,

I have a Cloudera Hadoop installed with HA configuration and part on this
installation are 3 Zookeepers.

I have noticed that port 3181 is open only on 1 out of the 3 installed
Zookeepers servers.

Do any of you know why port 3181 isn't open on *all *3 Zookeepers?
