Steps to reproduce
 1) Create an ODB and connect to a ODS document
 2) Notice that you can open the table with no problem
 3) Save and close the ODB
 4) Quit AOO 
 5) Reopen ODB > Crash

This problem occurs only on MacOS

Tested with 4.1.12, 4.1.11 and 4.1.4 crash too
(macOS 12.4)
