Referencing POM elements in xdocs?

Is it possible to reference pom elements in one of my xdocs, like I
can in project.xml? I have a doc called install.xml, in which I
reference ${pom.currentVersion}, but it doesn't get evaluated. What
might I be doing wrong?

Thanks,
Jim

You can't, but the first release of the xdoc plugin that occurs post 1.0
will incorporate a java version of xdoc tool which does allow for POM
interpolation in addition to macros a la radeox.

Nothing, it's not done currently.
