Issue publishing the web site

Hi,

Publication done from https://cms.apache.org/felix/publish fails with 'Can't call method "ASF::CMS::Cookie::bake" on an undefined value at /usr/local/cms/webgui/lib/ASF/CMS.pm line 683.'

I also noticed that the build bot fails too with another error:
RA layer request failed: Unable to connect to a repository at URL 'https://svn.apache.org/repos/infra/websites/staging/felix': OPTIONS of 'https://svn.apache.org/repos/infra/websites/staging/felix': could not connect to server (https://svn.apache.org) at /usr/local/cms/build/lib/ASF/SVNUtil.pm line 37

Did I miss something ?

Hi,

Yes, there were a maintenance planned on SVN, followed by a firewall issue. I just tried, everything back on track.
