Problems to compile the sources

Hello
Is it possible to get installation ready jar instead of sources jar. I am trying to build the installation and get the error of :

mvn clean compile -Dskiptests
...........
[ERROR] Failed to execute goal on project eagle-policy-base: Could not resolve dependencies for project org.apache.eagle:eagle-policy-base:jar:0.4.0-incubating:
Could not find artifact org.wso2.siddhi:siddhi-extension-string:jar:3.0.5 in repo (http://illin2176:8081/artifactory/repo) -> [Help 1]
[ERROR]
