SMTP, IMAP JMeter Possible ?

Hi

I'm new to JMeter. Is it possible to use SMTP and IMAP inside JMeter ?
If so, could someone show me how to write a simple sampler to achieve this ?

JMeter already supports reading e-mails by POP3(S) and IMAP(S).
