I get error "The requested URL returned error: 404 Not Found"  when I issue yum install cloudstack-management.  The URL in question is http://cloudstack.apt-get.eu/centos/6/4.8/repodata/3bac4584a59ef48191baed630041085571e2d435eea3c3ad6f02dc8d7c2cb34e-filelists.sqlite.bz2   

I walked the URL and everything down to the filename (starts with 3bac) is available.  There is a file with a different "UUID" then filelists.sqlite.bz2.  The datestamp on the 4.8 repodata is 5/23/2016 -- which is tomorrow my time.  Is this just a timing issue?  

I am uncertain whom I can raise this issue to.  Please provide direction.
