   Alas, it looks like sbt eclipse is just not up to the job. It doesn't get the source attributes right on the class path, possibly also not the javadoc attributes.
   
   Also, I am no longer able to get either scala 2.11 nor scala 2.12 to work. They both fail with the same java.lang.IncompatibleClassChangeError in daffodil-japi. 
   
   If you close the daffodil-japi and daffodil-cli projects, the rest will compile and run fine. Even in scala 2.12.
