Solaris When did the binaries jump to the Forte 6.2 compiler

Hi:

I am upgrading from 1.5.2 release, due to memory leaks, and need to know at
what release the binaries jumped from using the 4.2 Sun compiler to the
Sun/Forte 6.2 compiler.  I am still stuck with 4.2 :(
