Icons needed

I've added a feature to Chainsaw V2 - 

Since the UI is tab-based, and you can only be viewing one 'docked' tab
at a time, I've added a visual cue for the not-selected tabs so you can
tell at a glance which tabs are currently receiving events and which
tabs have received events since you viewed the tab last but are not
currently receiving events.

I was thinking the same icon could show 'currently receiving events' (a
colorized icon) and 'has received events' as the same icon but not
colorized.  

I looked at Java's icon repository
http://developer.java.sun.com/developer/techDocs/hi/repository/ but
nothing really good jumped out.  Any suggestions?  Anyone good at
drawing icons?

I'm using zoom in and about icons for now as temporary placeholders
until something better comes up...

Anyone interested please suggest/provide icons.
