[Bug 52400] TNEF parsing unstable

I am also seeing the same exception. I can not provide a sample either. Sorry

Using poi 3.8
Having to retype this ( may fat finger something )
Caused by: org.apache.poi.util.LittleEndian$BufferUnderrunException: buffer
