Currently, when I apply your schema to your instance using Xerces built from
CVS, I get only two errors caused by the ID Constraint
named "unique_relation_name". These errors look correct to me; it's correctly
identifying <relation> elements with the same <name>. When I comment this
particular identity constraint out, the document validates fine.
Please reopen this bug if this analysis is incorrect; otherwise, please close
it. Thanks!
