[jira] [Updated] (INFRA-12641) Apache DB DdlUtils sub-project retirement assistance

Bryan Pendleton updated INFRA-12641:
------------------------------------
    Description:
Hi Infra,

The Apache DB PMC have voted to retire the DdlUtils sub-project of Apache DB (I'm the current chair of the Apache DB PMC). Note that we are not actually moving DdlUtils to the attic, we are simply marking it as retired within the Apache DB project.

The vote link, should that be useful to you, is at: http://mail-archives.apache.org/mod_mbox/db-ddlutils-dev/201609.mbox/%3Cefb02678-5ecc-f0d6-ec1d-b7c10b229a09%40gmail.com%3E

I would like assistance from INFRA in performing the following 3 tasks:

1) Closing the DdlUtils mailing lists to new messages and new subscriptions. There are two mailing lists:
    - ddlutils-user at db.apache.org
    - ddlutils-dev at db.apache.org

2) Making the DdlUtils JIRA tracker read-only, to prevent making new requests for the retired sub-project. The DdlUtils JIRA database is:
http://issues.apache.org/jira/secure/BrowseProject.jspa?id=10731

3) Making the DdlUtils wiki read-only, to prevent further modifications. The DdlUtils wiki is at: http://wiki.apache.org/db-ddlutils/
