Ambari's install wizard should use the [http://server:8080/api/v1/stacks/HDP/versions/2.1/recommendations] API to determine host-component layout. This information should be used to populate by default the 'Assign Masters' and 'Assign Slaves & Clients' pages. This call should only be made only once when user hits _Next_ on the select services page.
