Apache::SimpleReplace

Hallo!

Kann mir bitte wer sagen wie ich Apache::SimpleReplace  in der httpd.conf
einstellen muss, damit der Filter auch auf Seiten die per mod_proxy
(ProxyPass) geholt werden angewendet wird?
