CXF upgrade from 2.2.6to 2.7.13

Hi team,

I would like to upgrade cxf in my application.

Please find below details description,
Technologies I used:
spring 4.2,
hibernate 4,
Jdk1.8,
Cxf-2.2.6, I would like to upgrade cxf from 2.2.6 to 2.7.13. please suggest
me what are the steps need to follow and I have not found any
cxf-2.7.13.jar in Apache organisation website. Please confirm me is
cxf-2.2.6.jar features merged in other jar as part of cxf 2.7 version
release.
