[ACS42] Upgrade from 4.0 and 4.1 to 4.2

Hi,

Reaching out to community to see if someone would be interested to upgrade from ACS 4.0/4.1 to ACS 4.2. If you do, can you share your results with community. This would be helpful to bring compatibility matrix validation to completion.
