RC 1 kit building

I am off to a meeting for about an hour and I am planning on building a kit from the current CVS tree.

Currently I am missing only two things from the action item list, both of which I will consider non-blocking:

Glen: write-up of how to publish a doc/lit service
Sam: 'kit' build.xml target

Anything else?
