Hi Richard,

Thanks for applying the patch. Something seems to have gone wrong with the following file though: 
http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/felix/trunk/framework/src/test/java/org/apache/felix/framework/util/EventDispatcherTest.java

It has a size of 0 (zero). The patch contains some modifications to this file, but not the intention to wipe it out :)
