[VOTE] Release Apache Superset 1.5.3 based on Superset 1.5.3rc1
Hello Superset Community,
This is a call for the vote to release Apache Superset version 1.5.3.
The release candidate:

Git tag for the release:
https://github.com/apache/superset/tree/1.5.3rc1
The Change Log for the release:
https://github.com/apache/superset/blob/1.5.3rc1/CHANGELOG.md
The Updating instructions for the release:

Public keys are available at:

The vote will be open for at least 72 hours or until the necessary number

Hi all!
This is fantastic to see, and I’m happy to report that things are looking good from what I’ve tried!
• Built some dashboards
• Tested versioned exports/imports
• Built some charts
• Tested native filters, scoping
• Fiddled with a variety of list actions, bulk actions, metadata editing
Also worth noting, I verified the cryptographic signatures on the release, and all looks good!

Tested/verified the following and everything worked as expected:
- Built from source (Python 3.8, npm 8.19.3, Node 16.9.1)
- Checked all dashboards
- Tested SQL Lab, created virtual dataset
- Explored virtual dataset
- Checked the changelog
