I've been seeing the attached messages get through SA without any flagging, so
I've written rules to catch these messages and possible variants.
/(b[e_]est [o_]nlin[e_] [a_]cti[o_]n|[a_]cti[o_]n [o_]n tt?h[e_] w[e_]b)/
/d[o_]ll[a_]rss? in (re[a_]ll? m[o_]o?[n_][e_]yy?|b[o_]n[u_]s c[a_]a?sh) to
(pl[a_]yy?|staa?rtt?)/
Side note: The lack of a closing > on the e-mail addresses in the Cc field may
also be something to look for.
