minRepaintTime question

Hi,

I noticed in the UpdateManager there is a method called setMinRepaintTime
that sets the minimum repaint time.  When I looked in the source I noticed
it defaulted to 20 (I assume for 20 ms).

If I reduce this value to 10 ms (to allow for 100 fps) will there be any
adverse side effects?  Is 20 ms the default for a reason?
