Question pertaining to the Support upto 8 VPN Connections

I referred to the feature presented at https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CLOUDSTACK-752 . May I know how can I use this feature in CloudStack. I mean, What do I need to do on CloudStack so that I can use upto 8 VPN Connections,
