I was able to build worked version of PHP extension. Here is contents of my proton-c/bindings/php/CMakeFiles/cproton.dir/link.txt:
/usr/bin/cc    -bundle -Wl,-flat_namespace -Wl,-undefined -Wl,suppress  -o cproton.so CMakeFiles/cproton.dir/phpPHP_wrap.c.o ../../libqpid-proton.1.0.0.dylib /usr/lib/libssl.dylib /usr/lib/libcrypto.dylib
