Can createDocument method accept a String as parameter ?

Hi,

I'm new to batik. I have a the content of the SVg file as a String. Is there
a way to use this string in the createDocument method rather than giving a
URl or a InputStream ? or is there any alternative way to use this string in
createDocument ?
