[I] [Studio][Bug] Reject malformed NameServer registry endpoints [rocketmq-dashboard]
btlqql opened a new issue, #2487:

## Problem
`namesrvAddr` is only checked for non-empty. Empty segments, missing ports, out-of-range ports and malformed IPv6 literals can all be stored and only surface later as "offline" during cluster probing.
Location: `server/src/main/java/org/apache/rocketmq/studio/cluster/nameserver/NameserverRegistryService.java`.
## Expected behavior
Add a shared address parser supporting `host:port`, `[IPv6]:port` and comma/semicolon separated lists; reject empty segments and ports outside 1-65535, and store the normalized value.
## Verification
Cover IPv4, domain names, IPv6, multi-address lists, consecutive separators and out-of-range ports.
