   Here is my attempt at the upgrade, and a workaround for the errors caused by the now-required javax.xml.soap package. I don't know if this is the ideal way to do it, but the build and tests succeed.

Latest version is also JDK-11 ready. Also RSA had some issues fixed and can be upgraded, same for ZooKeeper. Of course 'mvn versions:display-dependency-updates' can show you other dependencies that can be upgraded as well as necessary :-)
