[ANNOUNCE] First event for Apache Flink Bay Area meetup

Hi All,

We are announcing the first ever Bay Area meetup event:

This is great opportunity for Bay Area folks to know more about Apache
Flink and meet some of the PMCs, contributors, and users of the
project to get social and learn about what in store for Apache Flink.
