Hello Cocoon developers,

I asked Nicola according the frequency of the patch queue mails (see 
below). Is it really needed so often?

Once a week is best. If it is sent too often then
people will tend to ignore. If not often enough then
it will not have impact.

As to which day-of-week ... it needs to happen with
maximum impact on committers, at a time when they have
a chance to deal with such things.

I expect that Europeans have a deluge of mail to deal
with on a Monday morning, including Friday's mail from
America and the weekend from the whole world. So perhaps
early Tuesday morning Europe-time is best.

Vadim and Steven both said that weekend is best, but
did not give any reason for that choice.

It would be great if we had some statistics on Apache
email volumes ... one of the dreams of Forrest.

once a week seems plenty enough to me - preferably in the weekends.
