[jira] Updated: (QPID-187) Include all license files in distributions

Marnie McCormack updated QPID-187:
----------------------------------

    Description:
Looks like only license currently included in maven distribution is the Apache license. Need to include license files for all appropriate dependencies included in dist which has changed since M1 so there may be additional licenses required for jars now in dist.

For M1, the additional licenses were:

license.junit.txt
license.slf4.txt
license.backport-util-concurrent.html
