minor problems !

I have followed the instructions of
http://openejb.apache.org/tomcat.html to integrate openejb with
tomcat. It works fine. But there are some minor problems:
Every time I start tomcat, a directory activemq-data is created from
my current working directory.
The file hsqldb.log is installed on $CATALINA_HOME i.e. the home
directory of tomcat. It should be on $CATALINA_HOME/logs.
The file hsqldb.properties is installed on $CATALINA_HOME. It should
be on $CATALINA_HOME/conf.
