[jira] [Commented] (ACCUMULO-807) Display information for more server types on the monitor

    [ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/ACCUMULO-807?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=14507247#comment-14507247 ]

Sean Busbey commented on ACCUMULO-807:
--------------------------------------

update: active master can be seen on the monitor master page, it's the host name given in the "Master Status" section.

additional info that it'd be good to include:

* failed role instances (as opposed to those in standby)
* when failover to the current active happened.

> While it shows identifying information and stats about tablet servers and loggers (IP address), and some stats (OS Load), this information is hard to come by for Master(s), gc, tracers? etc.
> It is impossible, for example, to see which master is the currently active master, from the monitor page.
> If there are inactive servers (eg. failover masters), they should be shown also, clearly marked as inactive.
