Ambari build: 2.4.1.0-19
HDP upgrade: from HDP-2.4.3.0-227 to HDP-2.5.0.0-1245

*Express upgrade process followed:*
* Deployed cluster with HDP-2.4.3.0-227 and AMBARI-2.2.2.0(Atlas installed)
* Stopped atlas and deleted atlas via REST API.
* Upgraded ambari to 2.4.1.0-19
* Upgraded HDP to 2.5.0.0.1245
* Added Atlas and restarted all the required services.

'users-credentials.properties' and 'policy-store.txt' files are missing on the upgraded cluster:
