> Currently SemanticAnalyzer.ACID_TABLE_PROPERTY and Initiator.NO_AUTO_COMPACT are defined in the classes that use them.  Since these are both potential table properties and they both are ACID related it makes sense to collect them together.  There's no central place for Table properties at this point.
