Resolution: Fixed
Fix Version/s: Impala 2.12.0
IMPALA-3998: Remove refresh_after_connect option from shell
This removes the deprecated option in time for 3.0.
Testing:
Ran core tests. Manually ran the shell with the argument to confirm that
it reported "no such option".
Cherry-picks: not for 2.x.
