Refine EventStream documentation and notices #3658

Motivation:
The dead-letter explanation interrupted its snippet introduction, and the general guide serves both actor APIs.

Modification:
Move the superclass explanation before the introduction, link both Typed and Classic guides, and consolidate the duplicate Lightbend notices as requested.

Result:
Readers can follow the subscription example and navigate to the matching actor API.

Tests:
Validation used a local integration checkout with current main and the other review fixes.

- Classic and Typed EventStreamSpec: passed.
- docs/paradox, headerCreateAll, +headerCheckAll, native scalafmt, and git diff --check: passed.
- Full validation is delegated to remote CI.
