[GitHub] [druid] techdocsmith opened a new pull request #11609: fixes web console introduction and addresses linking issues

techdocsmith opened a new pull request #11609:

   Fixes some grammar issues on the Druid web console page and addresses some broken links. It looks like Oracle has completely moved some of the MySQL documentation for 5.7 such that a reasonable search didn't return suitable links to replace the ones returning `404`, therefore I removed them.
   
   
   
   This PR has:
   - [x] been self-reviewed.
   - [x] been tested in a test Druid cluster.
