Hi Vinay

There is no formal enrollment. Just subscribe to this list (send mail to dev-subscribe@...), participate in the discussions, download the code, provide patches, etc. As you please.

This being a meritocratic project, you will eventually get an invitation to become a committer provided you are active and help the community.
