ISIS-526: now fixed, renders param details as per RO spec v1.0.

The previous (incorrect, non-compliant with the RO spec) behaviour can be
reinstated by setting

isis.viewer.restfulobjects.gsoc2013.legacyParamDetails=true

I've done this in case the GSOC viewers rely upon the old representations.
