There are several inconsistent property sets used to specify parameters of mail notifications:
${suite.name}.parameters.mail.*
${suite.name}.parameters.cc.*
framework.parameters.usemail*

Normally there should be 2 sets with unified names, like:
framework.parameters.mail.*
${suite.name}.parameters.mail.*
