[Fortress] Notice to cut a new release - 1.0-RC41

Hello,

This release will include the four components, core, realm, rest and web.  The goal is to use this release to get everything in order for a 1.0 GA to follow soon after (as in a couple of weeks).

Important note:  To date there has only been one release of fortress, 1.0-RC40, and that included only the core component.  This will be the first time the realm, rest and web components have been released under the apache directory.
