Master UI does not show any driver information

Hi,

MasterWebUI does not return any kind of driver info like runningDriver,
completedDriver Info though MasterStateResponse has all the information.

It might be useful if we programatically want to find out running driver id
and wanted to kill it so that another version of driver can be started.

Alternatively Client can have something like "relaunch"/"restart" command
to restart he driver if we have latest driver jars.

Please let me know whether this can be done, It is not a major change.
