[jira] [Created] (UIMA-3036) CAS Editor: key mapping for annotating different types

Peter Klügl created UIMA-3036:
---------------------------------

Summary: CAS Editor: key mapping for annotating different types
                 Key: UIMA-3036
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/UIMA-3036
             Project: UIMA
          Issue Type: Improvement
          Components: CasEditor
    Affects Versions: 2.4.0SDK
            Reporter: Peter Klügl
            Assignee: Peter Klügl
            Priority: Minor

Add a user defined key mapping for the creation of new annotations: Right now when return is pressed, an annoation of the type defined by the annotation mode is created. It would be nice if the user can define a type/key mapping. If key 1 is pressed an annotation of type A is created, and so on...
