 Warnings error and success messages at the top should all have close
 button like shown in
 [http://twitter.github.com/bootstrap/javascript.html#alerts Bootstrap
 alerts plugin demo] . This feature is present in Trac version incorporated
 in vendor branch .

 This should be a simple enhancement , therefore /me scheduling for
 `Release 3` . Please revert this if not correct .
