Peter's answer is good, but he left out the requisite lecture ;-)
It is not Apache that is case sensitive, it is the web. URLs are case
sensitive by definition. Your best bet is to teach your content-providers
about this. mod_speling can help you out a little, but it causes extra
load by requiring a redirection on every "wrong" spelling.
