Log:
Maven 3 branch for JSPWiki. Main differences with trunk
- placeholder for project's parent-pom (JSPWIKI-771) + a bootstrap build.xml 
  to avoid IC job failures (related to JSPWIKI-773)
- multimodule directory structure (currently ol' good jspwiki + IT module). 
    + Note that, without a real parent pom, this basically means several folders 
      related to each other, with different functionalities (as opposed to have
      everything in a single project folder). Other modules should arise (i.e.:
      jspwiki-api, jspwiki-i18n, jspwiki-plugins and so on)
    + would be a nice hop-in for JSPWIKI-768
- selenium tests execution (JSPWIKI-770) (proof of concept, can-and-should be refactored)
