Problem with cvs date format

Hi All,

I' trying to use the changelog plugin of maven but there is still the 
same error :

BUILD FAILED
File...... 
/home/laurent/.maven/cache/maven-changelog-plugin-1.7.1/plugin.jelly
Element... changelog:changelog
Line...... 83
Column.... 15
I don't understand this date: 2004-10-02 16:17:09
Total time: 6 seconds
Finished at: Mon Nov 01 10:13:01 EST 2004

I'm working with GNU/Linux Debian system, cvs 1.12.9 and release version 
of maven. I have found different messages in the archive about that (new 
cvs date format with '-' instead of '/') but nothing that could help me 
to resolve my problem.

Any idea ?
