Be sure to update this issue whenever the proper process for resolving conflicts (i.e. not relying on an all_or_nothing option which is documented as having been removed) is documented, so that watchers can get notified on the way to do so in the CouchDB 2.0 world.

(Also, as of this writing the tip of the master branch on GitHub for bulk-api.rst still reads "The two modes are:" with only one bullet afterwards, and there is still a recapitulation table of the two modes and their effects…)
