Upgrade from 2.1 to 2.2 - Fetch

I upgraded from 2.1 to 2.2 (WinXP, J2SDK1.4.2_04) but when I tried to 
restart I get the following error.  Any suggestions to help me get me up 
and running James 2.2 would be greatly appreciated.

Two smaller issues that I discovered while upgrading. I had an error 
with the SPOOL table in the MySQL repository - I simply deleted the 
table and was able to work past that error but it might be good to 
document changes made in table structures (v2.2 added a field to the 
SPOOL table).  One  minor detail that I noticed, the wrapper.conf file 
still lists the Service name as James Mail Server 2.1 - it would also be 
good to get that corrected so that it reads 2.2 as some folks might be 
misled into thinking that they are running 2.1 when in fact they are 
running 2.2.

I was able to correct the config.xml file. As I compared the 2.1 to 2.2 
versions of the config files there were some significant differences. I 
would suggest that the FAQ section on upgrading to a new version of 
James be revised so that new additions to the config.xml are not lost in 
step #3. Currently it reads:

   1. Rename the previous james directory into a james.old
   2. Run phoenix to let the new james.sar be deployed.
   3. *Copy config.xml from james.old to the new deployed james/conf
      directory*
   4. Replace the var directory by the previous var directory. This will
      copy over user accounts, inboxes, spools, and whatever else.
   5. Restart James.

It might be better to say something like:

   1. Rename the previous james directory into a james.old
   2. Run phoenix to let the new james.sar be deployed.
   3. *Edit the new config.xml to include customization made in the
      previous config.xml *
   4. Replace the var directory by the previous var directory. This will
      copy over user accounts, inboxes, spools, and whatever else.

2.1..3 Mysterious Crashing.

Hi All,

My 2.1.3 server, which has served me very well has, for the last couple 
of months been crashing.

I've tarred the last couple of post-crash logs in the james directory, 
but on examination of all the last ones, can see nothing.

Any Ideas where /what to look out for?
