Peter - have you made progress on this? I'm getting this same issue when testing uimaj sdk CDE eclipse plugin with Eclipse 2019-06 (works with 2019-03).
If it's a common issue, probably needs to be fixed in the core sdk - and if you haven't yet made progress, maybe we should switch this to the core component instead of Ruta?
